 Provided strategic, business, technical and policy advice to and the NSW CMA Chairs’ Council. Executed resolutions made by NSW CMA Chairs’ Council. Led negotiations which delivered strategic policy and project outcomes with the Office of the Minister for Primary Industries and Minister for the Environment, key state and commonwealth agencies, local government and other stakeholders on behalf of the Chairs’ Council. Facilitated the implementation of strategic and business planning for CMAs at a state-wide level. Established and maintained strong relationships with the Commonwealth and State agencies and stakeholder groups in order to underpin the CMA model and garner commitment to partnerships across all CMAs.  Monitored the effectiveness of policies and strategies and made recommendations for improvement to the Chairs’ Council.
