That I’d be growing businesses and ending my work day with marker-dyed fingertips surrounded by post-its. Looking back, it makes sense. I’ve always been a “Why is this important? What’s working? What’s not? What can we improve?” kind of person.In career speak: For the past 18 years, I’ve been designing educational programs and go-to-market strategies for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and small business owners. And the project roadmaps to make those ideas happen. I love creating interactive, cross-disciplinary learning strategies that elevate the learner experience. My work has included:📌 Creating a hybrid learning program for a business coaching expert. This led to increased revenue (~ $1M that year) and the retention of membership participants with a new offer (reducing churn by 20%). 📌 Managing global symposia and engagement programs for HCPs at major medical associations. I created comprehensive SOPs and trained and led 10+ member events teams in executing complex program roadmaps.📌 Designing P2P educational programs and brand-planning workshops for global pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca, Genentech, and Novartis. I started my career managing an LMS and developing e-learning content for sales teams.
