I use a conversational, relaxed, and honest approach, operating with high levels of empathy, authenticity, and observation to foster emotional agility and self-awareness in clients. With 15 years of experience observing and problem-solving human behavior, I have a modern approach to behavior modification that can be used to understand and improve performance. My prior career in the retail and design industry has been a valuable asset to my coaching. Specifically, it has given me hands-on experience in areas such as small business challenges and opportunities, retail strategy, creative direction, brand development, sales, marketing, and team collaboration. As a result, I am able to bring a unique perspective and practical guidance to my clients.
