Key ResponsibilitiesPlan for and Identify Recruitment Strategies:•Conduct intake sessions with Account Managers, Human Resources, Hiring Managers and other primary contacts to understand the position requirements, set hiring expectations and gather input regarding sourcing approach.•Collaborate with Account Manager and management to verify strategy for direct sourcing, internet, referral and other channels.•Ensure high quality candidates are sourced and submitted in a timely manner; keep hiring manager informed of sourcing progress.Assess and Interview Leading Candidates:•Qualify candidates to determine if candidate should be considered for next steps in the recruitment process.•Conduct screening interviews, in person and/or via telephone, of candidates. •Lead and manage candidate interview slating with support from service team and Account Manager.•Attend interview feedback sessions with Hiring Manager, Human Resources and other primary contacts to assess sourcing strategies.Report and Deliver Performance Metrics:•Reporting recruiting updates and metrics to Account Managers and management.•Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate and job requisition information as required.•Working within established recruiting best practices; evolving these best practices as we scale the service team.•Remain in regular and close communication with Account Managers, Management and Support Team to answer questions or address concerns regarding service delivery performance.

Sourcing Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team.Job Duties and Responsibilities:•Source candidates from on-line databases/job boards, contact lists, internal databases and employee referrals•Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, social media, cold calling, complex internet searches, internal database searches, Industry events and research•Review resumes for appropriateness of experience, skills, and knowledge in relation to position requirements •Conduct thorough phone screenings with candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, and qualification against job requirements, etc. •Generate new business leads through sourcing activities •Assist in developing a strategy to build business and a strong candidate pipeline•Attend networking events and participate in relevant Industry associations as necessary to build and develop new candidate relationships•Perform background checks on new hires and assist with onboarding•Coordinate the scheduling & logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers•Will eventually work in a limited fashion as a full life-cycle recruiter in addition to sourcing responsibilities
