• Develop and maintain tracking sheets to monitor and analyze sales by style and by customer on a weekly basis; analyze customer purchase histories and current sales records to identify sales trends and suggest potential.
• Track and update regularly the status of POs, shipments, inventories and ATS; accept, input, track and follow-up on orders in the system.
• Use judgment and discretion to correct oversold product by working with sales and production to resolve. Communicates changes to other salespeople, if necessary.
• Coordinate preparation of showroom for market and all appointments; track and manage current and past season samples; coordinate distribution of marketing, PR and licensor samples.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure samples are prepared in a timely manner.
• Assist with general duties including team expenses and supplies.

• Responsible for welcoming all accounts into the showroom and providing a high level of customer service
• Assist sales team prep for daily sales appointments by making sure collection is in order, all samples are present in collection and line sheets are updated
• Observe sales appointments with buyers
• Update inventory on a weekly basis using Blue Cherry to identify best sellers and new sales opportunities
• Research domestic specialty and e-retail sites, and the designers they carry as well as obtaining their contact information
• Assist sales and merchandising teams with preparing and setting up of local New York trade shows (Coterie)
