Beachbody CoachBeachbody Jul 2014 - Jul 2022Greater Pittsburgh AreaWhile hospitality is my career and what I enjoy doing, exercising is my passion. I enjoy fitness and I love motivating others to push their limits. I understand the term that pain is weakness leaving the body, but I'll never exceed that limitation where you are doing damage to yourself. My classes are tough but never impossible. I try to encourage members to perform the modification move until they are maxing out with it, then move on to the original move. Sometimes people think they are more in shape than they really are and can end up hurting themselves.I see this as my responsibility to encourage and motivate the participant while keeping their overall health in mind. You never want to discourage someone from doing a move, rather push them harder at the modification move. Fitness class is a perfect replica of what life in the business world is like.A good coach motivates and encourages, a good coach pushes and helps, a good coach will help you achieve as long as you commit to yourself. -

Promotions DirectorCbs Pittsburgh Radio, Newsradio 1020 Kdka Jan 2015 - Nov 2015Greater Pittsburgh AreaMy journey through KDKA Radio has been a most rewarding experience. I have truly found a passion for radio and everything that it's about. My main responsibility is to get KDKA in to the public eye, promote events, conduct contests and giveaways appropriately, but above all, interact with our listeners. There hasn't been a question yet that I didn't answer for a listener. No question is too small for me to ignore, that's my responsibility, to keep our listeners happy and coming back. Every time I receive a complaint about something I always remember that my attitude will reflect KDKA Radio and could alter the over on-air product of the station. It's a tremendous feeling when I receive feedback from organizations stating that either a member or a participant heard about the event through KDKA Radio. I think of myself as the go-between with Sales and Programming.
