- Collects co-payments and verify insurance coverage.- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.- Perform various office duties- Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries.- Answer phone calls and any questions.- Collect and post payments and record receipts.- Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.- Assist doctors or Hygienist with charting of patient's treatment.- Consults any patients that are ready to get started with their treatment. - Helps patients apply for financing within Aspen Dental's opportunities.

- Assists licensed nursing staff with up to 25 direct patient care needs daily such as the mobilization of patients, recording vital signs, linen changes, and organizing rooms. - Performs vitals checks on patients (blood pressure, pulse, O2, temperature, respirations, ect.) daily. - Provides patients with a sanitary, safe environment for treatment.- Documents and reports critical patient information to nurses.- Maintains supply inventory for unit and places food/drink orders for patients.
