Consumer account coordinator is a multifaceted job. As a part of this company, I worked to provide customized printed party supplies. I worked with customer service representatives to input and design personalized information. I printed products to correct media, then further converted items to package for delivery. The most important skills I gained from this position included: attention to detail, multi-tasking, and keeping organization in a fast paced- environment.

I organize, prepare, set up, and execute print jobs that the club brings in. Our club does everything. We do a lot of the design and premedia work as well as screen/ digital printing, vinyl cut outs, engraving, ink jet prints, and so much more!

I worked with this company for the entire summer of 2010. Over the course of those three months I learned how to manage the front desk for both first and second shift and could complete all the tasks for each.Morning shift included making breakfast and checking guests out simultaneously. I also ran sales reports and continued making future reservationsSecond shift required me to make keys, assign rooms, check guests in, fill empty rooms, and negotiate prices upon arrival. By the end of the summer I was training all the incoming employees for both shifts and had a whole new outlook on customer service.
