In this role I provide change leadership through knowledge management to foster an increased work place culture of continuous performance and learning for both Aide et Action and our local and international 18 partner organisations. My key responsibilities are to monitor and drive project performance, achieve quality education outcomes and to generate high quality data for effective donor reporting compliance. Key tasks and achievements:• Designed monitoring and evaluation logical frameworks, tool kits, data collection and analysis methodologies for monitoring field visits and baseline surveys.• Provided capacity building and mentoring for all consortium members, including Aide et Action in the use of technical monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning instruments. • Supervised contractor delivery of the consortium project's baseline survey as well as as a custom-designed web-based project management platform and the platform's implementation.
