My team and I worked with Fraser Hickson’s MinibiblioPlus as an external consultant. Our goal was to evaluate their literacy outreach program. We came up with research questions, did interviews, and made a detailed report. We used a structured approach, conducting interviews in different formats and using surveys to collect data on how the program impacted children's literacy awareness. At the project's conclusion, my team presented the findings to the client and delivered a comprehensive report summarizing the results.
