Responsible for implementing, marketing and managing Healthy Woman™; a marketing affinity program for women. Community Health Systems currently offers the Healthy Woman™ program at 103 hospitals in 29 states, with a membership of more than 110,000.•Oversight of development and launch of more than 103 relationship marketing programs. •Present as the keynote speaker at multiple hospital events to build brand awareness and increase loyalty in the local community.•Conduct monthly training calls with 103 Healthy Woman Coordinators and Marketing Directors to share best practices and provide guidance, support and resources.•Responsible for the education, training, implementation and ongoing management of Healthy Woman programs at 103 affiliated hospitals.•Oversight of development and implementation of quality and production standards for promotional and communication tools at Healthy Woman sites, including but not limited to; membership recruitment and renewal, reports, mailings and mass emails. •Responsible for management of Healthy Woman email marketing module; training and ongoing support; and monthly health emails.•Assist hospital marketing directors with Healthy Woman research, reporting, presentations, conference calls, meetings and conventions.•Develop and manage quarterly newsletter to display hospitals’ best practice each quarter. •Collaborate with hospital Marketing Directors and Coordinators to plan large scale kick off and anniversary events, ranging from 200-1500 attendees. •Provide leadership and training for all Healthy Woman programs, in an effort to recruit local business partners; which, in turn, results in associated program and event costs becoming cost-neutral.
