I am a Product Design graduate from Brighton University and I have just exhibited my Final Year project at New Designers in London where I received a lot of interest in my design that aims to reduce the growing issue of food waste and its effects in the environment. I run an online jewellery/beachwear business called Drift Beachwear. I design and make the products as well as manage the social media, style and take the photos, ensure branding guidelines are kept and ensure customer service is of a high standard. Drift__beachwear has over 11,000 instagram followers and receives worldwide orders. Further commissions include the website design for Luxury London Rentals - a portfolio of London houses available for photoshoots and holiday rentals.In the future I hope to design furniture and homeware. I would love to experiment with different wood and plastic to create practical, comfortable and beautiful products. I also have an interest in kitchenware and and interior design which could make aspects of life easier or more enjoyable. I would like to have the opportunity to work with other designers and experience the working environment of different product design companies, since I think collaboration between designers is essential for excellent designs.
