My passion has always been around holistic health and wellness. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, working within a Community Crisis Team setting, I am passionate about health promotion, as well as supporting others to overcome adversity and personal challenges! I am continually aware of the connections between the mind and body, which has led me to starting an online health and wellness business, which I build alongside working full time as a Nurse! One of the reasons that I started my business was the realisation that I wanted to continue to help others, whilst also building a lifestyle that would allow me to have choices and more flexibility. A lot of what I do in my business involves personal development and coaching likeminded people on how to lead a healthier lifestyle or start their own business! One of my favourite parts of my business is the ability to help others grow and succeed in all aspects of their lives, including their health, wellness, mindset, relationships, careers and business!
