My role at Maxxim Consulting was to support organisations in large scale change programmes through providing analysis, project management and organisation design capabilities. On recent projects I have worked alongside senior executives of global FTSE100 companies and have been very highly regarded by my clients and managers who have attributed significant project success to my input.

My key role at BAA was to manage implementation of cultural, governance and process change to support the ongoing cost-reduction programme be ensuring appropriate control was in place around HR processes.The project was implemented very successfully and on time, and the objective, to gain control of the cost of the organisation, was met.

I started at Deloitte in a consulting graduate position as an Analyst in 2006. I progressed rapidly and was promoted to Senior Consultant in June 2008.My roles at Deloitte were largely focused on change management, organisation design, process improvement and project management, often on large transformation programmes.
