    I ran the strategic and tactical operations of Chainalysis HQ in New York, while simultaneously managing and coordinating all communication and day-to-day functions between two subtenants and building management across four floors of our office building.I partnered with our Head of People Operations, STUDIOS architecture, Structure Tone Building Group, and Gardiner & Theobald to complete a full office renovation.Last year, I coordinated tenant improvement projects to prepare for the onboarding of two subtenants across three floors while maintaining day-to-day operations on the Chainalysis floors.In 2021, I worked to prepare the new Chainalysis HQ across two floors to welcome back all New York based employees as they made the transition back to in person work post-pandemic, during a period of hyper-growth, where Chainalysis headcount scaled from 200 to 900+. During this time, we grew the New York facilities team to include a front desk coordinator as well as day porter staff in order to help support day-to-day functionality across the floors at the office.I have planned and hosted internal and external facing events, including Board Meetings, Customer Advisor Boards, team building events, and community service events. I partner with teams across the organization and provide cross-functional support where needed, both in and beyond the NYC office.
