Veterinary Receptionist
CurrentProvide superior customer service by advocating for the client and their pet. Understand client needs and schedule appropriately, or refer to an urgent care facility based on veterinarian recommendation. Maintain client relationships by always being professional and courteous. Provide support to the veterinarians and technicians on a daily basis. Assisting clients and their pets during the check-in and check-out process. Provide customer service by answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and processing food and medication requests. Relay client messages to the veterinarians and process veterinarian’s recommendations in medical charts. Process card, cash, and check payments, and complete end-of-day financial reports. Assist in the scheduling of specialty services, such as cardiac and abdominal ultrasounds.
