I work with clients and key members of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team to develop client-specific workflows, documentation, reporting and service level agreements to support ongoing campaign needs. Campaign services include design, production and deployment of digital marketing content through email, mobile, web and social channels.

The project lead for developing and executing effective cross-channel marketing campaigns for multiple full service clients.
