I directly support the Managing Director, APAC as his Executive Assistant and support the wider Executive team on an ad hoc and project basis.

Whilst working for the Adecco Recruitment Team onsite at LOCOG (London 2012) I have been a part of the onboarding management team managing the onboarding of over 4000 contract staff which have been hired to work at the London 2012 Olympic Games. At the beginning of my role I was heavily involved in writing process maps and deciding on how the team was going to work once fully operational. I created templates, step by step manuals, system guides and training documents for new starters. I also trained new starters who joined our team and took on many extra duties that were not standard for others in the team. I was a point of contact for the contractors we hired from when they were offered their role, I would answer any questions they may have about their duties, training, payroll, pre-employment screening, absences etc. Any questions a contractor has once offered their role come through to their onboarding coordinator they have been allocated and we managed their questions and expectations to ensure every person has a positive candidate journey.
