Main Responsibilities: ▪ Managing a team of 3 tellers: authorizing their cash (cash deposit, cash withdrawal, etc.) and non-cash(debit and credit transfers, outgoing transfers, etc.) transactions▪ Handling the incoming and outgoing clearing▪ Replenishing the ATM and making sure that the balances are correct▪ Controlling the main vault of the branch ▪ Executing the inflow and the outflow of cash

Main Responsibilities ▪ Issuance of Letter of Credit and Letter of Guarantee, certificate of Deposit, domiciliation bills, statement of accounts, check books.▪ Working in collaboration with the Assistant Branch Manager to manage the client’s account (pending fees, dormancy fees, high overdraft fees, etc.)▪ Utilizing negotiation and persuasion skills to gain a continually higher amount of retail products sales and maintain client relationships.

Main Responsibilities ▪ Successfully gaining new customers through effective sales efforts and follow up.▪ Opening of new accounts through filling the KYC (Know Your Customer)▪ Answering the clients queries and helping them with their needs and what banking products suit them▪ Applying for loans (personal, car, house) and credit cards upon client’s request▪ Assisting the sales department to manage monthly and annual targets.

Main Responsibilities ▪ Providing efficient and proper advice to customer’s needs by listening and communicating with the clients▪ Approaching existing and new customers by using the appropriate selling techniques and product knowledge (current promotions, product care and benefits, refund and exchange policy, etc.)▪ Controlling payment vouchers, invoices, shipping and clearance invoices▪ Following up on all shipment procedures from suppliers to stores, with forwarder and clearance agency, and the return to franchiser▪ Coordinating between warehouses and stores to avoid any issues related to orders and stocks▪ Supporting colleagues to improve their selling techniques▪ Organizing logistics procedures and orders.
