Current• Run and develop various initiatives to recruit and educate minority students on a career in professional services. Programs include: YEOC, ACAP, our National Launch Internship Training and Diversity Conferences. Assisted in planning, producing and moderating these programs, confirming speakers, relevant content, deliverables, giveaways and owning the timeline, budget and overall program success. • Actively develop new and attractive events to interest more talent and spotlight our brand and culture. • Executed 60-80 in-person and virtual campus events for 30-1,000+ candidates and professionals with an eye for detail. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment tracking simultaneous event progressions while being agile and troubleshooting issues. • Manage our partnership with various stakeholders from local colleges, student and national organizations, venues, as well as 11 EY Partners simultaneously; communicating our vision, strategy, and overall goals. • Have a proven track record in filling pipeline and selling our markets in San Jose, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Denver and Salt Lake City; recruiting in entry level Tax, Assurance, Consulting and Technology positions. Supervising a trusted team in each market and developing the skills of my own coordinators and peers. • Participated in our Global DEI Council delivering a better way to house and share our DEI Recruiting Best Practices. • Current committee leader in our Latino Professional Network executing events around inclusiveness, career advancement, and promoting a broader support network. Selected to be one of the few recruiting representatives at the ALPFA Conference.
