Participation in R&D Team Meetings.Build and maintain project plans. Process monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.Generate status reports, track deliverables and host status meetings to ensure we are meeting all of our client's needs and expectations.Work with the Project Management to maintain billing, scope, materials, and other job templates.Source and manage contractors for specific projects. This includes sending scope and monitoring performance to assure successful completion and proper billing.Develop and publish communications to project team and client.Maintain document control, database management, track project activities, and team communication.Prepare and/or edit client presentations and tables.
