My purpose is to pursue transformational organizational structures, practices, and policy climates that advance equitable success outcomes and foster the inclusion and wellbeing of diverse stakeholders. In my current role as an Organizational Change Management Specialist, I utilize applied research, communication, and training skills to support University of Arkansas System campuses in transitioning to Workday Student as our multi-institutional Student Information System (SIS). I believe change management can effectively support the transformation of colleges and universities into modern, equitable institutions that meet the varied needs of students, staff, and faculty alike. My academic research has explored campus-based and policy-level structures and practices that promote equity in higher education, including characteristics supporting work-life integration and success for students, faculty, and staff with caregiving responsibilities. My experiences as an instructor and scholar-practitioner of Student Success at the University of Arkansas, where I taught first-year seminar courses and coached Pell-eligible and first-generation college students, inform my relational leadership approach. I welcome collaborations, connections, and innovative partnerships.
