• Main responsibilities have been as a server, but I have always been available to management to fill hosting and food expediting positions and have filled several of these types of positions.
• I have had the pleasure of working one-on-one with customers meeting their needs, expectations, and resolving conflicts that arose.
• I always worked to demonstrate a team-player attitude by being flexible when needed to work shifts needing to be filled.
• This position has allowed me the opportunity of improving my multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working under pressure skills. I have improved greatly at handling stress at work.

• I worked under Dr. Brandon J. Schmeichel, a professor of Behavioral Psychology at Texas A&M University.
• I assisted one of his PhD. students in conducting research in order to determine if a group musical activity created a stronger bond between participants compared to a non-musical activity or no activity.
• In addition to administering these experiments I also assisted with creating the testing materials, coding the data collected, and analyzing the data.
• I spent roughly three hours entering and coding the data collected so that a conclusion could be determined on whether the hypothesis of the research was supported or not.

• Acted as an assistant to the attorney Mr.Flanigan.
• Job duties included responsibilities ranging from clerical work to attending court appearances with the attorney.
• Other tasks included researching case files, reviewing evidence and determining appeal objectives in order to help expedite the process for the attorney.
• Cataloged client files by criminal or civil cases, case number, and previous client record, if applicable, so that the office files would remain organized and accurate.
• Answered phones and organized court dates and client meetings to maintain the office schedule.

Colege Station

• As a server I received a 100% score on my Secret Shopper report for performing all required service standards set by the corporate offices.
• In the to-go position, I had the privilege of training eight employees in customer service, safety procedures, quality control, and policy procedures.
• Recognized a need for a standardized training manual for the to-go department and took the initiative to create one. I modeled it after the server training manual and spent one of my afternoons off from work to create.
• Achieved the title of employee of the month for August 2010.
