EL PROYECTO"Home Furnishing movement” se divide en tres pilares: La tienda, los clientes y la sociedad malagueña. □ En la tienda, hemos ideado, desarrollado e implementado un programa formativo para todos los equipos, enfocado a vender mejor y a ofrecer una atención más especializada, basado en una metodología ágil y fácil de aplicar con los clientes una vez terminada la formación. Aunando competencias técnicas con conocimientos de diseño y decoración se satisfacen las necesidades de los clientes con mayor calidad y cercanía. Empleados y clientes en el centro de todo.□ Para los clientes, hemos desarrollado talleres prácticos sobre la marca IKEA para mejorar su vida en el hogar.□ En la ciudad hemos realizando diferentes proyectos en colaboración con diferentes instituciones con el fin de acercar la marca IKEA a la ciudadanía. Tales como un curso de extensión universitaria sobre escaparatismo, charlas sobre diseño democrático o teatros en el centro de la ciudad. EL RESULTADOEl proyecto "Home Furnishing movement" ha conseguido transformar la cultura de IKEA Málaga.Hemos colocado a las personas en el centro de todas las decisiones. Los datos cuantitativos y cualitativos demuestran el éxito del proyecto. Hemos generado impacto a bajo coste, creando además un movimiento escalable en la organización. Este proyecto ha sido una de las razones por las que IKEA Málaga ha conseguido el premio de mejor tienda IKEA del mundo 2018.
