As a third year at the Pennsylvania State University’s Schreyer Honors College, I am pursuing degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, with a minor in Economics. I plan to write my honors thesis in housing policy aimed at low-income renters threatened by displacement. I am passionate about political activism, including uplifting communities who face economic barriers, preserving democratic institutions, and reaffirming women's rights. Last year I worked with Dr. Eduardo Mendieta in a Philosophy of Law independent study, exploring the Supreme Court’s frameworks for interpreting the Constitution in regard to gender. I am seeking a spring 2025 internship in public policy, with an interest in research, building towards my career goal of uncovering policy initiatives that economically improve the lives of our nation's most disadvantaged.
