We specialize in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and complex trauma. As the Human Resources Specialist, I have a variety of responsibilities, including:• Coordinating all recruitment efforts for agency-wide staffing needs while developing a pipeline of qualified candidates• Interviewing and assessing candidates to make thoughtful hiring recommendations to Management• Analyzing, reporting, and presenting recruitment and organizational metrics• Utilizing various systems and software, including Microsoft Suite, iCIMS applicant tracking system, Sharepoint, and Kronos• Acting as an involved member of multiple committees, including the Guardian Angel Program Committee, our company's ESOP Culture Team, and our Retention and Recognition Committee • Conducting and reporting on exit interviews• Administering pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screening• Handling confidential personnel issues and investigations• Creating, organizing, and maintaining all employee personnel files• Conducting new hire orientations and trainings• Collaborating with licensing agencies to submit and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information• Working with Leadership to create clear and effective policies and procedures• Monitoring FMLA and ADA leaves and communicating with the Administrator• Performing job analysis in order to create accurate job descriptions• Overseeing performance management process, including training managers, tracking results, analyzing evaluations, and making recommendations based on the results.

I was promoted to a Program Supervisor from a Youth Counselor role in 2012. I ran a program for girls 14-17 years old with severe behavioral disorders.
