As a HR Services Officer at Department of Health, I'm responsible for a wide range of services within the Recruitment Team contributing to human resource transactional work across the employee lifecycle. A day in my position typically involves the creation of enticing job advertisements, the production of employment contracts, working closely with Hiring Managers to achieve staffing needs, not to mention the daily administration associated with tracking thousands of staff movements across the Department. Prior to joining the Department of Health, I spent approximately six years working with a not-for-profit industry association in an advisory role. I have experience in the development of policies and procedures to meet national business standards and have conducted site visits to ensure standards are maintained by providing continued advice and business support.Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing, Tourism & Event Management) and with extensive on the ground training, I'm also able to provide marketing advice. I'm particularly well versed in social medias and have provided social media management services on a subcontracted basis for approximately five years.
