As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Compliance Training Specialist with a strong foundation in GxP, GMP, and regulatory compliance, I bring over 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, the last years focusing on training, quality assurance, and compliance. I have a proven track record of managing and improving training programs, administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), and ensuring organizations remain audit-ready and aligned with FDA and GxP regulations.At Catalent Pharma Solutions, I lead continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of a paperless OJT qualification system, while also maintaining key compliance metrics and managing training documents through MasterControl and Documentum EDMS.
