• Worked with talent acquisition on an individual project to identify if pursing Work Opportunity Tax Credits and Location Based Incentives would result in value creation for the function. Collected and analyzed data that revealed establishing a process to claim tax credits would add minimal value to the function. • Collaborated with team of HRBPs on a project in partnership with Texas A&M University to design and draft a survey to investigate new hire socialization processes and employee attachment. • Collected and analyzed data to assist workforce analytics team in reporting metrics on absenteeism and unscheduled overtime taken for the month of June.• Assisted in tracking educational reimbursement agreements within the benefits function to identify areas of the process and paperwork that needed improvements. • Assisted university relations & recruiting function with coordinating informational sessions to get employees involved in the organizations current diversity outreach programs and initiatives. • Supported HRBPs with administrative functions such as editing job descriptions, charting data, facilitating communication as needed.
