SchoolPass was acquired by Raptor in April 2023 and am now an HRBP!I was the first HR professional at SchoolPass, a fully-remote Company. I established all talent, culture, and employee relations programs and have grown the team from 25 to 65 and helped integrate the SchoolPass team into the larger Raptor organization.

ProctorU (ProctorU+Yardstick=Meazure Learning) is a software and services company with 350 employees and 6 locations in the U.S. and Canada. I was responsible for driving our talent practices, organization effectiveness, and workforce planning. I created and implemented tools needed to attract the right talent, develop team members, deliver results, and drive business success in a culturally cohesive way. Highlights• Designed and implemented performance management and recognition programs to meet long-term business needs and advance Meazure’s mission, vision and values• Increased the company’s diverse workforce from 25% to 33% in just over 1 year• Conducted full life-cycle recruiting as well as headhunting at all levels – executive, professional, / technical, and hourly; recruited over 180 employees to the organization to date • Implemented a process that equips managers with the skills needed to effectively manage their workforce, including career pathing, succession planning, etc.• Employee assimilation / integration post-acquisition (M&A)

Atlas RFID develops and implements RFID based software systems throughout the world, with over 200 deployments spanning more than 10 countries. The company employed 150 individuals [at the time I was there] in the U.S. and Canada. I created the Human Resources department at Atlas as a start-up, which included the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the entire employment life cycle from the tactical to the strategic. I had primary responsibility for: • Organizational design and change management• Programs of awards and recognition as well as other culture reinforcement initiatives• Internal career pathing and professional development activities• Compensation administration to include the implementation of salary ranges and job grades• Performance management – both formal and informal• Employment policies and procedures as well as compliance and investigation management• Benefits Administration to include LOA, FMLA, ADA, WC, unemployment and other claims• Full life-cycle recruiting as well as headhunting at all levels – executive, professional, and hourly• Various employee engagement programs and related teambuilding

MEDSEEK (now Healthgrades) was a Healthcare IT (Medical Software) company. I supported managers & employees at our locations in Birmingham, AL, Solvang, CA, Madison, WI and Jackson, MS. I either lead or served an active role in the following HR initiatives, as the company's first Corporate Recruiter, related to continuous improvement:- Established salary grades & ranges - Defined company-wide role descriptions- Evaluated & improved the candidate experience & new hire on-boarding program- Increased employment brand recognition, social media, campus & community presence- Assisted with FLSA compliance audit

SourceMedical designs, develops, sells and supports medical software for physical therapy clinics and outpatient surgery clinics. I am part of a three person HR department that supports 365 employees.I recruited technology professionals for four locations, served as a liaison for employees and worked to find the balance between their needs and the needs of the company in a way that no one perceives a loss, administered benefits and LOAs including FMLA, assisted with yearly renewals and coordinated open enrollment and new benefit implementations.

Recruited, onboarded & served as a liaison for employees. Supported 13 branch offices in their effort to improve leadership, retention, employee satisfaction and development. Coordinated Workers’ Compensation, assisted with safety program, managed return to work program, administered benefits, responded to unemployment compensation claims, EEO investigations, and managed LOAs. Clarified policies, coached location leadership on associate issues, defined appropriate steps to adhere to company policy and ensure the fair and equitable administration of company policies and practices. Effectively established and maintained partnerships with all departments and associates in a team-oriented environment.
