I've been working/building in Epic for over a decade and have certifications in HB Administration including SBO, HB Claims and Electronic Remittance Administration, Charge Router, Grand Central, and Prelude. Below are some successes I’m proud of:- Used Reporting Workbench to auto-reverse over 1,700 erroneous adjustments, and then adapted the logic into a system action for ongoing cleanup- Designed a creative way to reference ADT discharge disposition mappings to claim values in rule logic to automate 400 rebills per month for late changes to coding - Worked on a self-pay credit cleanup project that resulted in a 67% overall decrease in HB patient credits and saved the client 3,000 manual work hours- Created custom properties to return the effective date and time of the first ADT event with a specific accommodation code in order to populate claim values compliantly- Eliminated the need for dummy payers and plans in a workflow for philanthropic aid by combining account activities, system actions, and statement skips in a new way- Developed a report to help operators adjust over 6K false outstanding balances due to a contract load error until the root cause could be addressed
