After graduating with a Master’s in International Business, I began my career in Talent Acquisition. I initially started working for an international recruitment firm in Switzerland and then I joined a major multinational in Singapore, recruiting Senior Talents across the region. In 2016, I transitioned to a specialized recruitment role in Geneva's financial sector, leading middle-to-senior level hiring for roles in private banking and financial institutions. In 2020, I joined a fast-growing Swiss tech startup as the first HR leader, supporting the company’s rapid growth across EMEA and APAC. I successfully contributed to scaling and led post-acquisition integration efforts. My expertise extends to comprehensive People Programs, including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Management, Compensation Strategy, Change Management, and Organizational Development for teams across Switzerland, Spain, and Singapore.I joined Beyond Potentials to support financial institutions in their talent acquisition and talent management needs, as well as to provide strategic, high-impact HR consulting.
