Directed daily operations of the center. Led a team of 30 to achieve Highest Revenue Ranking Center in the world in 2009-2010. Also recognized for Territory Excellence 2009-2010. Earned center's highest monthly revenue ever of 1,000,000 Qatari Riyals (Approx $275,000 USD) in March 2010.

Managing approximately 180 franchised Sylvan Learning Centers in LA, TX, NM, OK, TN, NV, AZ, and CA to ensure quality service and brand protection.

Directed sales, operations, and finances at clinic. Ensured positive patient experience and resolved all customer service issues. Hired new staff and oversaw training and employee development. Supervised staff of 20, including clinical director, nutritionist, receptionists, and sales personnel. Assumed leadership of declining location, developed and implemented strategies for performance improvement in all areas. Oversaw learning center operations and served as District Manager for multiple sites. Set goals for center, established performance metrics, and analyzed performance data. Designed and implemented plans for generating new revenues. Created and executed marketing initiatives to drive sales and motivate staff. Maintained center budget and ensured collection of fees. Prepared and presented financial reports to corporate. Reviewed students’ test results to develop individualized education plans and curricula. Conducted sales presentations for students’ parents, including interpretation of technical test data, persuasive descriptions of program benefits, and assumptive close. In addition to teaching, I was the business manager/lead vocalist/leader of Off The Record, a popular variety band serving the Beaumont/Houston areas for more than 20 years. We performed at over 400 wedding receptions and hundreds of corporate functions playing a variety of music spanning from the 1940's to current hits of the day with emphasis on 60's/70s Rock and Roll and current Top 40 contemporary and country hits.
