Managed large, complex cross-functional consulting engagements for a 21-hospital regional system. • Led a patient safety technology project, significantly reducing the probability of dangerous medication errors. • Designed a concept tool for tracking and reporting performance on a Sepsis Reduction program that substantially reduces complications and hospital stays, while saving lives. • Led and co-facilitated a Project Management class with consistently high participant evaluation scores, referral rates and frequent requests for more course offerings.
