Between Oakton (then turned NTT in October 2019), I was across 3 accountsFeb 2019 - approx Sep 2021: Latitude Financial Services, with part time at Victorian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI)- focussed on providing NTT portfolio services for the client accounts- managed and implemented specific projects; these include the technical launch of new loan products, supplier portal changes, regulatory changes and more Approx Sep 2021 - Dec 2023: Department of Health Victoria- provided program level support, including project management duties where required, to the Whole of Victorian Government HR transformation project- embedded processes for the Microsoft 365 portfolio across the lifecycle of pre-project briefs and solutions proposals through to transition to support- managed multiple concurrent Microsoft 365 projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Forms) to solve business problems

My main involvement was on the JD Edwards ERP Implementation project at Viva Energy Australia. During my time there, the following were my key responsibilities and achievements:- Analysed and maintained project financials – including tracking of actuals, reviewing and revising forecasts – in excess of $15m- Improved client relationships by providing regular schedule and progress updates on Change Requests and deliverables in progress- Led project team meetings including the project management forums, functional lead meetings and all-hands Red Rock team meetings

- Coordination and management of testing phases (SIT, Regression, UAT)- Administration of key testing tools and framework- Logging and management of key deliverable acceptances- Development of excel tools (using macros) to assist teams with transforming ERP output for loading into other systems

- Administration of Office365 platform for Project Breakfree, including form creation via Infopath- Redesigned financial tracking templates for use by the IT team- Tracking of financials ($$ > $30m) and reconciliation of contracts, invoices, and monetary value from change requests- Facilitation of Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies session

- Administered Office365 for project team members- Developed process documentation around new project team starters- Maintained timesheet database via Timepro

- Composed a new project site set up for SharePoint 2010 and Office 365 platforms; including risk and issue registers and indicators- Controlled project financials including reporting on travel spend, actual vs forecast, resource rate changes, and invoices paid to date- Developed a complex Excel Macro to manipulate data from Treasury's ERP systems to provide an indication of when and where stock transfers are required in order to fulfil current orders

- Participated and supported the development and implementation of the LeasePlan Australia (LPAU) Project Management Methodology, along setting standards and practices for projects running within the PMO- Management of contractor administration processes - vendor and contract management, timesheet administration, and invoicing / reconciliation processes- Preparation and reporting on project budgets for external and internal resourcing models to senior management- Assisting in the implementation of MS SharePoint 2010, with integral parts of the project under my guidance - from training, administration of the document management repository, as well as configurations required per-project -- with this came a helpdesk role during the initial months whereby all SharePoint issues were routed and resolved by me- Coordinating the Small Works (Minor Enhancements) delivery stream with internal and external IT resourcing, alongside management of a outsourced 3rd party process- Handling R&D audit requests in regards to project costs and resources, alongside Tax audit requests on the contractor administration processes

• Managed the Digital Divas Online Portal – http://www.digitaldivasclub.org/ - with the use of Drupal (a Content Management System)• Aided teachers in introducing the Digital Divas Club portal to their schools• Gained valuable technical experience with Web Programming [HTML/XHTML, PHP]

• Educated high school students about opportunities for IT in Swinburne University• Prepared speeches about post-high school experiences and university life• Participated on Open Day talking with prospective students and parents

• Drafted and created project documentation for various projects including a $900,000 infrastructure project• Experienced ARIS [process modelling] software and am able to use Business Designer, Business Publisher, and Web Publisher• Assisted in the management and coordination of 20 or more projects• Experienced @Task, a small online Project Management solution that exists within the ‘cloud’

• Organised events for female speakers to network• Recruited industry speakers to talk to the group• Managed volunteers during Open Day and ‘Go Girl Go for IT’ event

• Experienced MEGA [process modelling] software, gaining extensive BPM knowledge• Aided in various projects; including the restructure of part of Foster’s Enterprise Architecture Framework• Developed templates – through Word, Visio and other software - which have been used in various projects

• Taught about Alice, the Object-Oriented Programming tool, and created assessment for the students• Supervised year 8 female students in a classroom environment• Oversaw creation of Excel menus and Flash videos• Expedited an experimental program with assistance from various industry partners
