As a recent graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, I am currently in search of opportunities to work in finance. I am wired to work diligently, learn quickly, and creatively problem solve. I have developed strong research, analytical, and computational skills through my undergraduate studies. I worked hard to diversify my education while at Tulane and took a wide variety of classes across many disciplines. Some notable courses include Marketing Research and Analytics, Social and Online Marketing, FinancialManagement, Investments in Equities, Micro Economics, Financial Accounting, Analysis of Fixed Income Securities, Venture Capital & Private Equity, Financial Planning & Analysis, Ethics, Legal Writing, and Risk Management. In addition to my academic pursuits, I was a member of my university’s dance team for four years. Being a student-athlete taught me the importance of being open to learning from not just those above me but from my peers who have diverse experiences to share. I learned the importance of handwork, tenacity, and collaboration. As a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a law fraternity, I routinely participated in professional events and workshops designed to practice networking and gain experience and knowledge of legal professions. I gained valuable practice conducting myself professionally and networking with those in the legal field. In addition to my school and extra-curricular pursuits, I held various jobs throughout college. While none of my jobs were in the financial sector, I learned incredibly valuable leadership, marketing, communication, technology, and customer service skills that will benefit me as I move forward in my career.
Listed skills include Problem Solving, Lifeguarding, Social Media, Finance, and 5 others.
