During my time working within education, my skills in communication, multi-tasking, organisation, remaining focused and working efficiently and effectively have become my greatest strengths. I am driven to ensure that every task I undertake is completed to the highest possible standard and in the most efficient way possible. By training and working as a full time teacher I have also been able to develop excellent time-management, a methodical approach to problem solving and a real appreciation of team work. My time at the Hippodrome helped to cultivate my ability to communicate with an array of different types of people. Not only did I deal with customers face-to-face, via telephone and e-mail, but also with clients to the company, both corporate and creative. Liaising with members of management whilst also training new starters further enhanced my communication skills.Responsibilities:- Assist and advise customers on bookings, queries, information and complaints- Manage both individual and large scale corporate bookings, including regular liaisons with customers by phone and e-mail, negotiating payment deadlines and providing risk assessment information where required- Managing ticket transactions via Tessitura booking system- Providing customer support via e-mail as the website Internet Helpdesk
