In the analyst role, I inaugurated a dealer program, built and improved wholesale and regional marketing strategies, and coordinated day-to-day e-commerce operations.E-Commerce Specialist (2019)I rose to the challenge in this role by building 4 websites in 2 months while also providing customer service and shipping daily orders. My most rewarding project in this role was teaming up with our Facebook community to invent an improved user experience for understanding product compatibility after discerning pain points through customer interactions.

Junior Marketer (2019)Checkfront is a booking software for tourism providers. My role was to research and report on industry developments, including growing customer segments, trends and competitors. I supported a messaging overhaul and conceptualized the social media strategy for 9 feature launches. Customer Advocate (2018)Site Builder is the Checkfront product that helps tourism providers create beautiful websites, directly synced with their booking system. I owned the Site Builder product, analyzed go to market strategy and available client resources, and closed gaps by spearheading tutorial campaigns. In this role, I increased engagement by 48% and built out a systematic onboarding process that was used across teams to grow customer base by 83%.

My role was to create an amazing tourism experience for whale watchers. By developing a tailored sales strategy and personalizing interactions in Spanish and French, I was recognized as the Top Sales Person, responsible for generating $34,000 in revenue.
