Areas of responsibility for Visit Fort Worth include public relations, marketing, social media, video, content and digital strategies, web, advertising, research, brand activations, B2C, B2B, film, television and music marketing. Under role as film commissioner, established the first-ever Fort Worth Film Commission in 2015. Proactively work to bring film, television and commercial projects to Fort Worth and promote the local creative class. Highlights:Launched the Fort Worth Film Commission in 2015 including infrastructure, staffing, advisory committees and board. Pitched and landed projects such as A Ghost Story, Never Goin' Back, The Green Knight, The Old Man & the Gun, Miss Juneteenth, 12 Mighty Orphans, The Senior, Solange and Kendrick Lamar music videos and most recently Taylor Sheridan’s Paramount+ hit series 1883. Efforts included assisting over 300 projects resulting in a $300 million-dollar economic impact and creating 17,000 jobs in 5 years.As film commissioner proactively developed key relationships with studios like 101 Studios, Paramount+, CBS, Disney, A24 to bring high-profile film and television projects to Fort Worth. Leveraged these opportunities to maximize exposure through film tourism, marketing and PR opportunities such as MovieMaker Magazine’s top places to live as a filmmaker in 2022. Partnered with 101 Studios to showcase Fort Worth through Yellowstone/1883 activations throughout Texas.Co-produced and mindfully managed SXSW activations to showcase film, music and tourism in Fort Worth including: Fort Worth NOW (2018) and Fort Worth on Rainey (2019), & Fort Worth: The Modern West (2022).Oversee an in-house marketing team for Visit Fort Worth to develop and execute domestic and international marketing campaigns including: PR strategy, advertising and media buying, event activations, social media, content and video strategy and research initiatives.

Highlights: Created an executed strategic affiliate marketing campaigns for the Network launch of Glee, 24, FOX Sports, Prison Break, American Idol, The X Factor and Terra Nova. Managed and led all aspects of marketing strategy including: on-air implementation, social media, grassroots initiatives, sweepstakes, advertising, and PR initiatives. Cultivated new partnerships and implemented on-air strategy and Co-Op advertising for FOX affiliates across the country.
