I was responsible for overseeing 18 strategic partnerships within the Consumer Brands Division, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to craft cohesive and effective partnership strategies. In addition to playing a crucial role in negotiating and onboarding these relationships, my commitment to their development and expansion significantly contributed to the generation of incremental revenue.

I conducted thorough reviews of customer complaints, effectively resolving escalated issues. Additionally, I performed random checks on both sales and non-sales calls to ensure that agents consistently met the standards set by both the brand and the call center.
