We currently have twenty two neighborhood branches located throughout Bucks County.In my role at Penn Community, I report directly to our EVP/Chief Administrative Officer. I am responsible for the oversight of our Facilities Team. I work with the team to manage efficiencies and strive to stay within both the Capital Expenditure and Operating budget. In addition, I manage our Construction vendors in the creation of New, Reno and Fit Out Branch locations. I work closely with our CAO and Direct of Retail Banking on the optimization and growth of our branch network.

I serve as Corporate Project Manager for banks-wide projects including, but not limited to mergers and acquisitions. In addition to these responsibilities, I manage corporate event planning for CEO related events including economic breakfasts, meet the president and business mixers.

We currently have eleven neighborhood branches located throughout Lower Bucks County.In my role at Penn Community, I assist in developing and implementing a clearly defined marketing and communications plan to support consistent business growth and enhance brand awareness. I plan, organize, staff, train and manage all marketing functions to achieve the bank’s objectives of sales growth, profitability and visibility. Penn Community Bank believes in giving back to the community, I handle the management and distribution of all our charitable contributions to local organizations. In addition, I manage the banks website and social media channels, to ensure compliance and consistent messaging.

Throughout three mergers - Summit Bank, Fleet Bank to Bank of America, I was responsible for helping customers on a daily basis with general account issues and account openings. In addition, I assisted in a leadership role with training of employees during mergers of banks that we aquired.
