Surprised in my last 20s. Hired by KLG Corp under Corporate Strategy Office to handle Corporate Collaboration Project. I responsible to supporting the Project Director with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project alongside with the Project Analyst & Project Admin.

After experiencing through the number #1 pillar in KlikMRO, now I'm working on four pillars from end-to-end. Sourcing & Vendor Management, Merchandising, Expeditor, and Business Performance Analyst. Thought the key is making guidance to direct reports, ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area, approving and managing here and there. But the main goal and the main focus is working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals. As I belief in what Ken Blanchard said, "None of us is as smart as all of us".

Been 2 years assisting, learning and also shaping the flow process and collaboration, I began another leap as a Manager. I make a plan, organize, direct, and control the team to achieve specific goals. I probably set goals and determine the best way to achieve them. Then I re-structure the team to shape it more strategic. I do create new leaders to the divisions also and giving them directions (coaching and also motivating to achieve the goals).And the most important is monitoring to make sure everything is under control.

Now escalate to the bigger scope, I do assist my manager and learn so much in Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management - as this division is the leading pillars to the other divisions in KlikMRO.Started from profiling all the product categories and product assortment (alongside with Merchandising Division), conduct the market analysis (collaborate with Customer Engagement Division), then developing the sourcing strategy, curating the vendors on list, introduction meeting and other meetings to the specific result: partnership (but this part is on Vendor Management's hands).Getting more, I also make sure the sourcing strategy to determine and manage company spending, forecast all the needs and requirements by analyzing previous purchase decisions, and the most challenging is how fast the new inquiries can be fulfilled (sourcing indeed need time, but for KlikMRO, every single second counts as money so, "you KLIK, and we deliver!"). Then on the next step, vendor management is essentially a process to start and build relationships with those reliable vendors whom are responsible to provide the products and services to KlikMRO and fulfill orders.Involved also in several stages, vendor management revolves around vendor selection, contract negotiation, risk assessment, onboarding, and managing, monitoring, or mitigating the performance risk.

Started fresh on 2017, I handle specific division under Procurement Department called Vendor Management. I lead and learn much to do facilitate and maintain relationships between KlikMRO and vendors. Collaborate with the sourcing team, I engage the (already approached by sourcing team) vendors with negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and also grading the vendors to find the best available vendors. I (alongside with the team) also cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors by arranging an annual vendor review, event and collaboration through project.

As a co-founder of this new startup Industrial Ecommerce, www.klikMRO.com, I put myself as a business performance analyst. By this role, I evaluate company data from end-to-end to determine business performance and profitability. Analyzing operational methods and quality controls are also included, identifying errors in a system, comparing projections with actual outcomes, and advising company leaders on strategies to boost profits and productivity. Then I write reports and make presentations based on my findings, communicate with the board of management, and shaping the future of KlikMRO at least for the next five years.

As my first carrier path right away after handed by bachelor degree, I formerly was a project management officer whom was one of the small project team in-charged to built the "new face" e-commerce platform of PT Kawan Lama Sejahtera, www.kawanlama.com. As well known as Indonesia's leading distribution company with the widest range of industrial equipment and machinery, this e-commerce platform run as an omnichannel businesses as the way to collaborate more with the customers. Once it Go Live, I took my part as a B2B Customer Engagement in the organisation. As a B2B customer engagement, I responsible to define the outcome of aligned post-sale teams and the approaches organized around customer life cycle and business outcomes. For customer experience, collaboration and working together (with the assist of the CE), enables my company to deliver on our product promise in so many ways the most important being the product, the service, the support, the partnership and the sense of community we want to foster.Alongside with kawanlama.com, I also involved to built a startup Industrial E-commerce Platform, www.klikMRO.com that will be running settle as new entity and Go Live in 2016.

During my uni journey in completing my bachelor degree as a Chemical Engineer, I took my internship experience in PT Asahimas Flat Glass, Tbk.I discovered things through processes, and also the lack in production processes from raw material to the final product and of course learned all the process in details.I made an analysis and presentations and also small advises to the company in my last internship presentation. This was a really huge experience through my "engineering life" journey.
