I took freelance tasks in photography and videography for individual clients. Genres of jobs varied from portrait photography, event photography, delicate artwork documentation, photoshoot and videography for personal and family events. On the designing prospect, I designed and built a professional website for an artist. Other jobs include graphic design for posters, floral design and branding for a start-up flower shop.

As the assistant manager at Padarli Limited, my major responsibility was production management for all floral-related orders. Quality control was performed daily to ensure all products were delivered with professional standard. Other duties included staff management, budget control, daily coordination with suppliers, purchasing and tracking all necessary materials to secure on-time delivery for our production cycle. Occasionally, I was responsible to provide training for new employees and assist them to adapt the fast-pacing working environment.Another essential duty was customer service. I was in charge in liaison with clients to discuss potential opportunity. I provided tailor-made floral design and mock up service to fulfil individual's need. With regular follow-up project proposal, I would further secure the job and develop subsequent project into profitable business opportunity.Internally, I have become an adaptive problem solver and exceeding in time management from constantly receiving last-minute orders and emergent purchasing situations. Additionally as a detail-oriented person who has mild obsessive-compulsive disorder, inventory management became one of my strong suit.

Employed at ArtAsiaPacific magazine as the photo editor, I was in charge of all visual-related contents. I am experienced with producing photography and videography from end to end for editorial, digital, social media and ad-hoc projects. Subtasks in forms of both photo and video include project research and proposal, brainstorming ideas, content writing, material sourcing, shooting execution, post-production, publishing finalised product on suitable domains. For any visual materials that must be sourced from external organisations and assigned photographers, the foremost task of mine is to secure authorisation for image usage when receiving the required materials. Excelled in detailed-oriented photo editing, I always ensure every image was published in the most suitable form in best quality. Regularly teamed up with the design department, I acquired the ability to website maintenance, publishing digital contents on both wordpress and tailor-made CMS system. Externally, my position required a massive amount of worldwide communication with writers, photographers, companies and individuals around the globe through email and phone calls. Speaking English, Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and Japanese helped greatly in connecting with international organisations.Additionally, I am strongly familiar with editorial work environment for both print and digital publication.
