In this position, I report to the Senior Director of Partnerships and work closely with the other members of the business development team. I manage the day-to-day customer relations for our licensees including healthcare providers, payer organizations, educators, and promotional partners (250+ hospitals, insurance companies, and other organizations). I also develop and implement partner relations support programs to add value to KidsHealth partnerships and ensure license renewals. I work closely with the Nemours KidsHealth web solutions team to set-up and maintain all partner content feeds and the Nemours KidsHealth editorial staff to facilitate partner content requests. I also generate revenue by facilitating permissions requests and “upselling” licensees additional KidsHealth products and services.
