Lead the implementation of human resources strategies and solutions across a business unit in the areas of career and performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations and retention, employee engagement, organizational policies, benefits, and compensation strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders across the organization. Provide advice and consultation to leadership on human resources strategy, programs and issues, and coordination of all human resources matters. As a strategic business partner, leverage comprehensive knowledge of clients' business and market trends to develop talent strategies for the business. Provide leadership and development to a team of direct and matrixed staff of HR professionals responsible for identifying and aligning HR strategies to contribute to the success of the staff in the business unit.Serve as Business Owner and Pillar Lead for Workday implementation.
