The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. Responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, Senior Vice President, Development, Development Department, and Senior Vice President, Marketing & Administration by managing an array of tasks and responsibilities and preparing all departmental correspondence and reports.-Compile, write, and prepare internal and external correspondence for CEO, including bi-monthly company-wide newsletters and quarterly investor reports-Heavy calendar and administrative management for Executives, including CEO travel-Coordinate and lead company-wide continuous improvement projects and policies and procedures -Special projects management focused on operational efficiencies -Relationship management with Focus' philanthropic partners
