I design and facilitate curricula and experience-driven trainings, workshops, speaking engagements, and consulting services on conflict resolution, inclusion, emotional intelligence, communications, and other topics for companies, NGOs, government agencies, and leaders.Clients have included FHI 360, Making Cents International, USAID, New Energy Nexus, ServiceSource, IREX, Search for Common Ground, and more.

Managed U.S. Department of State leadership exchange programs by creatively engaging global civil society leaders from over 100 countries via in-person and virtual conferences, courses, and trainings. Within this role, I designed a Peacebuilding Summit in Uganda, bringing together global experts to share strategies for violence reduction; co-designed and facilitated an intensive Training-Of-Trainers for Media Literacy Curriculum in the U.S.; designed and delivered a Design Thinking/Human Centered Design Training-of-Trainers in Amman, Jordan; and led international monitoring trips to Vietnam, Egypt, Cambodia, Latvia, Myanmar, North Macedonia, Haiti, Colombia, Jordan, El Salvador, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan and Trinidad & Tobago.

Engaged in an intensive institute for emerging leaders in social innovation and positive social change, building skills in design thinking, presentation and pitching, leadership, and management.

Organized intergroup dialogue programming among diverse students to build community, heal divisions, create new knowledge, and promote civic engagement.

Planned events, activities, workshops, and opportunities to engage graduate students and assist their professional development and growth. In addition, in collaboration with George Mason University, I organized semi-annual trainings for graduate students in the conflict resolution technique, the “Problem-Solving Workshop”, for over 100 national and global participants.

Assisted the Project on Leadership and Building State Capacity’s conferences to bring together global leaders with the goal of advancing inclusive leadership practices. Conducted research and copy-edited 300+ page manuscript on international conflict resolution case-studies.

Instructed over 30 first-generation and low-income students in college access and guidance courses along with civic engagement. Developed student-centered curricula for enhanced learning due to diversity of multi-cultural students’ needs, including ESL and learning disabilities. Responsible for non-profit organization’s operational and creative duties on the following committees: Curriculum Revision, Public Speaking, Event Planning, and Human Resources.

Provided copy-editing and research services for diverse business publications.
