My passion lies in collaboratively immersing myself in complex problem spaces, mapping end-to-end systems, identifying opportunities for innovation, and leading iterative experiments to implement high-impact solutions. I define success in my work through the convergence of designing the right operational inputs to achieve desired outcomes, while also balancing the importance of making day-to-day work enjoyable, collaborative and as frictionless as possible.
