Upon the launch of this celebrity backed water company, I was brought on to help develop and drive the national strategy for events and in-person marketing experiences that propel growth by delivering creative and cutting-edge experiences that attract, engage and educate new and existing customers on Mananalu’s social and environmental initiatives.

Following mass layoffs at previous company was promptly hired by a top software provider for major Oil & Gas companies across multiple countries. Managed planning, logistics, coordination, and project ownership for all Quorum branded events and industry-related engagements with a total annual budget exceeding $1.8 million. Worked closely with other Marketing team members, business development, and sales executives to implement strategic, impactful events.

Aided in overseeing $1.4 million in annual spend for 14 annual events (conferences and regional meetings) ranging in size from 25–700 attendees. Executed all aspects of meeting / event planning operations including site inspections, contract negotiations, housing, registration, transportation, food and beverage, audio-visual, signage, vendor management, entertainment, décor, set up / tear down, post-event surveys, invoice reconciliations, and budget management.

Stepped into role coordinating social events for 9,000-member organization and its sister charitable fund. Managed all meeting spend for 40+ events with up to 800 attendees, including award dinners, mixers, golf tournaments, auctions, community outreach gatherings, board meetings, and networking events. Coordinated full scope of meeting and event planning functions.

Promoted within company operating world-famous Pebble Beach Resorts, including The Lodge at Pebble Beach, The Inn at Spanish Bay and Casa Palmero at Pebble Beach; worked directly with meeting planners to customize programs at prestigious location.
