• Own full lifecycle talent acquisition for business-critical technical positions as the region’s sole Technical Recruiter • Conduct daily candidate interactions such as corresponding with applicants, sourcing desired talent, screening candidates, presenting candidates to hiring managers, scheduling virtual and in-person interviews, receiving and delivering interview feedback, as well as extending offers to potential new hires• Interact directly with hiring managers to determine talent acquisition strategy and position-specific requirements/preferences for technical positions such as Mobile and Web Software Developers, UX/UI Product Designers, CloudOps Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, as well as internal IT Support roles like IT Helpdesk Technician and Systems Administrator • Create training materials and conduct global training for incoming and current Corporate Recruiters including the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), eSignature software, sourcing software, and general best practices• Plan and host career events for members of the community to network with representatives from various departments at Prometheus Group and discuss employment opportunities Prometheus Group enables unified enterprise asset optimization through an integrated approach to planning, scheduling, work management, and business analytics across routine and preventive maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, and production scheduling.
